A powerful and structured red from Domaine de la Clapière, crafted from Merlot and Syrah using both traditional vinification and carbonic maceration for added complexity. The estate is certified Terra Vitis and HVE, with 38 hectares of alluvial terraces combining gravelly filtering zones and exposed rocks. Rich and layered on the palate with dark fruit depth, supple tannins and a long, satisfying finish. A Languedoc red that punches well above its weight.
