From the prestigious Plan de Dieu appellation within the Côtes du Rhône Villages, this wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan crafted through a combination of thermo-winemaking and traditional methods. Intense ruby red in colour with a complex nose of cocoa, kirsch cherries and ripe black fruits. Sharp and concentrated on the palate, it is round and smooth with delicate black fruit flavours and a spicy finish that brings freshness. Pairs wonderfully with red meats in sauce, roasted poultry and soft cheeses.
